A point-of-care diagnostic needed to launch simultaneously in 6 CE-marked EU markets. The single-asset creative strategy was stalling — every market needed localized claims, regulator-specific language, and market-specific pricing.
We replaced the monolithic content with a modular system: one master spec and six localized layers (language + claims + pricing). Every module had a regulatory sign-off before it could render.
